Before you enroll
Do I need Gasoline Fundamental first?
Yes. Practice assumes you already understand Driver Wish, Volumetric Efficiency, LCP and ignition maps at the theory level. Without Fundamental, the firmware edits won't make sense. Take them together as the F+P Bundle for €1,840 — save €320.
What firmware files do I work with?
Real ECU dumps from gasoline engines — Bosch, Continental, Delphi, Denso. You open actual files, find the maps using the methodology from Fundamental, apply the calibration strategy system by system, and produce a file ready for the dyno.
Will the +21% strategy work on both turbo and NASP?
Yes. The four-system order (torque → ignition → fuel → air) applies universally. Turbo platforms have more headroom from boost; NASP platforms often benefit more from ignition-timing optimization because stock NASP tunes are conservative. The course covers both — chapter 08 has a dedicated NASP extension.
How long does it take?
About 1 month at ~1 hour per day across 9 chapters. Self-paced with lifetime access — most students ship their first paid calibration before finishing.
